1) happiness is a perception, so try to tell, think to, hypnotize yourself to be happy, because at the end of the day, you are the determinant of being happy anot, not other people
2) always be thankful of what you have. being thankful, means that be happy with what you have now, but remember, it should be done in a balance, too much thankfulness make ones lose will and motivation to compete for improvement :p
3) take time off for yourself!!! even if your busy, still take the time off!!! cause constantly pushing yourself is crazy, and will not be happy, and might die!!! :S
4) do what you like, not what others want you to do!! *note dont over do it!!!
5) act dumb ! letting things go with one eye close once in a while is good :D
6) hang out with your frens :D
